Crafted through a 108-hour anaerobic fermentation with Golden yeast, this coffee enhances fruit intensity while maintaining clarity. Expect bold red fruit, a subtle wine-like sweetness, bright integrated acidity, velvety body, and a long, sweet, expressive finish.
