About this Coffee.
For the first year, we offer you this Washed coffee, the fruit from the work of the 400 producers surrounding RAD's Banko Gotiti station, our new partners in the region.
The process.
After harvesting, the cherries are sorted and then washed, before fermenting in tanks for 48 to 72 hours. 8 employees of the station are then responsible for washing the cherries with the utmost care.
Drying of coffee.
After washing, the coffee beans are dried for between 7 and 10 days, depending on the weather, on raised beds, with the humidity of the beans monitored throughout the drying process.
