About this Coffee
A high-altitude coffee grown in the Arbegona region of Sidama by over 200 committed small-scale local producers. The cherries, selected for their ripeness and rich mucilage content, undergo a 5-day cool fermentation that brings depth and complexity to the profile.
An intense and layered cup with floral notes like jasmine and lavender, tropical fruit, and a wine-like character. The fermentation adds depth, with a sweetness reminiscent of honey.
