This coffee is decaffeinated using the sugar cane process—natural and unique to Colombia—which removes caffeine without compromising taste. Behind it is Racafé, an organisation firmly committed to sustainability, support & education to their farmers.
Medium body with a creamy texture, sweet notes of panela, and a bright, well-balanced medium acidity. A clean cup with a long finish and a subtle fruity character.
