Old Town Coffee.
Old Town Coffee was born in 2015, we are two childhood friends passionate about coffee, we decided to open the store of our dreams in the beautiful city of San Sebastian.
From the beginning, our mission has been to provide our customers with the highest quality product, working hand in hand with the best roasters from all over Europe, thus making sure we serve the best specialty coffee.

Five years later we wanted to go one step further in our professional career, to open our own coffee roastery, we couldn't be happier!
In the same way that we grow with this project, our little family grows. We incorporated one more person to the team because we firmly believe in working together and we do not contemplate any other way to continue growing.
We are happy to be able to roast our coffee beans in Donostia - San Sebastian, a city we love.
A work of love.
The space is equipped with a Probat 12kg, one of the best coffee roasters on the market. With its advanced software we create our preferred profiles, always selecting the best batches and thus trying to get the best specialty coffee to the cup.
Stronger Together.
Our interest is in the community, that is why we created a network with our partners and clients, with the intention of growing and sharing our knowledge about the coffee industry.
In doing so, we hope to help those in the industry by providing training, courses, consulting and much more.
Our Next Chapter.
Our goal is to continue to work closely with this community and our next step is to strengthen the relationship between producer and roaster.
In this next chapter, our objective remains the same; to obtain the best coffee beans from the best producing farms in the world and to process them to perfection.
