About this Coffee
Ceres was founded in Palestine, Huila, in 2015 as a family-led initiative. The organisation unites small producers across southern Huila with a focus on quality, sustainability, & community. Their work includes farmer training, economic formalisation, and impact projects supporting women, youth, and post-conflict areas.
A floral and expressive cup with medium-high acidity and silky texture. Aromatic and sweet, with notes of mandarin, honey, and caramel, and a lingering aftertaste of lemongrass.
