From the mountains of Huila, Colombia, comes La Reserva—an elegant, fresh coffee we’ve completely fallen for. This Bourbon Mora Silvestre undergoes 96h of cherry fermentation followed by 48h in mucilage, a process carefully designed to bring out its full character.
The result: a clean, delicate, and refreshing cup, with medium acidity and a smooth body. Expect notes of Red Fruit & Floral, with a touch of berries. Perfect for those who enjoy a subtle coffee with plenty of personality.
