Fresh beans from Marlon Rojas’ farm in Huila, where controlled fermentations and precise processing shape its profile. A 96h fermentation, followed by co-fermentation with wild berry must and slow drying, brings clarity and layered complexity to the cup.
A fresh and juicy cup taza fresca y jugosa, with tropical fruit notes that bring sweetness and body, complemented by a citrus hint of orange. Clean and balanced, with medium acidity and a refreshing finish.
