About this Coffee
This washed coffee is the fruit of the 400 small–scale coffee producers who surround RAD's Banko Gotiti station. After harvesting, the cherries are sorted and then washed, before fermenting in tanks for 48 to 72 hours. 8 employees of the station are then responsible for washing the cherries with the utmost care.
After washing, the coffee beans are dried for between 7 and 10 days, depending on the weather, on raised beds, with the humidity of the beans monitored throughout the drying process.
