About the Coffee
Coba refers to the leaf of the endemic “ensät” tree, traditionally used to wrap bread while baking—and it’s also the name of the village where the coffee comes from. Behind this coffee is Habtamu & 116 small local producers.
He believes in fair pay, organic farming, and reinvesting in the land—building roads, schools, and bringing clean water to rural areas. The cup is clean, sweet, and juicy, with lime-like citrus acidity and notes of pineapple, strawberry, and honey. A bright, tropical and floral profile, ideal for both espresso and filter.
