From Cajamarca at 1,300 masl, this washed lot of the Tupi variety undergoes 72 hours of fermentation to highlight clarity andt balance.
It’s hand-picked through selective harvesting, depulped, and fermented before slow drying that preserves its sweetness & structure. A clean, juicy cup with notes of brown sugar, lime, toasted nuts, and maple syrup. Silky body, vibrant acidity, and excellent uniformity. Perfect for espresso.
