About this Coffee
From the slopes of Mount Elgon, Namisuni, where high elevation and fertile volcanic soils favour high-quality Arabica. Its name means “the place of the short throwing sticks”, referring to the tradition of throwing sticks to reach the ripest cherries on the highest branches. The Coffee Yard works with smallholders using good agricultural practices.
A fruity, vibrant, and juicy coffee with notes of dark chocolate and ripe raspberry, complemented by the citrus freshness of grapefruit. Medium body with a clean, sweet finish.
