The Rosales Mejía family has been working at Finca Montesol in the mountains of Jinotega for over 25 years. Their approach combines modern farming, sustainability, and full control of the process, from harvesting through to drying, with careful attention to every detail.
A clean cup, with well-defined citrus acidity and a creamy body that brings a silky texture. Its sweetness recalls dulce de leche, balancing the fruity notes and leaving a soft, lingering finish. Especially delicious as espresso.
