About this Coffee
Sara Gutiérrez, a fifth-generation coffee grower in Quindío, takes experimental fermentation to the next level. Through a controlled lactic co-fermentation using a homemade cinnamon yoghurt, she creates a cup reminiscent of one of specialty coffee’s most iconic desserts: The Cinnamon Roll.
A funky, creamy, and highly aromatic cup, where cinnamon, butter, and orange zest take centre stage. A unique experience for filter, while also shining as espresso or with milk thanks to its silky texture and long-lasting finish.
