About this Coffee
This Castillo comes from La Lindosa, the Cerquera family farm in Palermo, Huila. Fourth-generation coffee growers with with 60 years of experience. Meticulously chosen varieties, careful harvesting, and hand-sorting are their recipe, which reflects a coffee tradition deeply rooted in the region.
A complex and expressive cup, with notes of dark chocolate and panela, layered with plum and blackberry. Sweet and balanced, with a rounded body and a subtle citric finish.
