About this Coffee
Shonora Coffee comes from a family with more than 40 years of experience in coffee. Today, Adugna and Morkata Shonora continue the family legacy, working with more than 150 smallholder farmers in Guji and using organic compost and fallen shade-tree leaves to nourish the soil.
A clean, delicate, and aromatic coffee with bright, juicy acidity reminiscent of nectarine. Bergamot adds a floral and citrus character, while black tea comes through in the finish, leaving an elegant and lingering impression.
